Buyer's Agent costs
We have kept our cost structure simple. We charge 2%+GST of the value of the property you purchase. An up front, non refundable fee, will be agreed upon prior to engagement and this will cover costs incurred whilst searching for your new Australian property. When you settle on the property the balance of our fee is payable immediately. This charge is usually dispersed electronically (via PEXA) on settlement day.
